This course is designed to help leaders new to a division leadership role, including those preparing for a move into a role as an assistant division head or dean. Participants will learn how to plan their approach to their first year. We’ll share strategies designed to help new leaders begin the year with confidence in themselves. Participants will learn how to build a network of support.
