Building Structures to Support Belonging

 Course Description​​

Building Structures for Belonging is tailored for Academic Leaders seeking to build more inclusive environments for campus adults as well as for students. The course explores the structures Academic Leaders should consider building into the school community: including considerations around time, space, and organization. Through engaging readings and videos, participants will gain the perspective to select the ways in which they will build structures to increase belonging. Participants will be prepared to draft one such structure when the course concludes and have continuing access to the resource library.
